HESS a décidé d’ériger un nouveau bâtiment à Dällikon, commune de la banlieue de Zurich, avec le personnel existant. Tüscher s’est concentrée par la suite sur les réparations de véhicules en tous genres et sur la construction de véhicules utilitaires. Aujourd’hui, Tüscher est le plus grand fournisseur de services de réparation et d’entretien de bus dans l’agglomération de Zurich. Carrosserie Lauber S.A. La Carrosserie Lauber S.A. de Prangins, riche en traditions, a connu un parcours similaire. Sa succession au sein de la holding n’était pas non plus réglée et HESS a repris la société en 1996, gagnant ainsi un site d’implantation en Suisse romande. HESS a décidé d’ériger un nouveau bâtiment dans le quartier industriel de la commune de Prangins avec le personnel existant. Par la suite, Lauber s’est également concentrée sur les réparations de véhicules en tous genres et sur la construction de véhicules utilitaires. Aujourd’hui, Lauber compte parmi les plus grands fournisseurs de services de réparation et d’entretien de bus, ainsi que de véhicules utilitaires, de Suisse romande.
